I receive more than 200 emails on a given day. To be honest, most of them end up in a junk mail folder and the subject line gets only the briefest of glances.

Going to the mailbox, most mail never makes it into the office.

But, I will always open something that is sent to me in a box.

Most people are the same way - they may throw away unopened letter mail, but they will never throw away an unopened box received by courier or mail.

If you want to get noticed, and you are sending something by mail that you want to have your recipient to actually open, send it in a box.

If you ship it in a box, it will most likely get past the junk mail police.

It won't cost much more and the odds of it getting opened by the right person are almost 100%.
