If you cannot see the Approve/Unapprove dropdown menu on your listings page the probable cause is that the form settings are set to Auto-Approve All Records.

To correct this situation and show the approval dropdown menu perform the following steps:

1. Login to your site as Host or Administrator
    
2. On your XMod module action menu goto Manage Forms >> Select your form >> select edit with the Plain Text editor >> go to the settings tab.
   
   
    
3. Save Settings
    
4. Save Form

You should now see the approval dropdown box.
